2. URL Shortening Service

Our Service allows you to shorten URLs for easier sharing. You are solely responsible for the content of the original URLs that you shorten using our Service.

You agree not to use our Service to shorten URLs that:

• Contain malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Promote illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive content
• Are designed to harm, exploit, or mislead users

We reserve the right to disable any shortened URL at any time if we believe it violates these Terms or poses a risk to our users.

3. Service Tiers and Payments

We offer different service tiers, including a free tier and premium paid tiers. By selecting a paid tier, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for the current billing period.

4. Data Collection and Analytics

Our Service collects data about the usage of shortened URLs, including but not limited to click counts, geographic information, device types, and referral sources. This data is used to provide analytics to our users and to improve our Service.

6. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LinkBrief, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
